Tepali support is handled directly by our team. This page covers Tepali on the web and the Tepali mobile app.

Contact us

Include your practice name and the phone number or email you sign in with so we can find your account quickly.

Signing in

Tepali accounts are created by your practice. You sign in with your mobile number or email and a one-time code sent by text or email; there is no password.

  • If your number or email is not recognized, ask your practice’s administrator to add you under Employees with it.
  • If the code does not arrive, check that your phone can receive text messages from toll-free numbers, then request a new code.

Calls and notifications in the mobile app

To receive calls and alerts, allow notifications and microphone access for Tepali in your phone’s settings.

Clients of a practice

If you are a client of a practice that uses Tepali and have a question about an appointment, payment, or form, contact the practice directly. For questions about your information, email founders@tepali.com.
