Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted from Tepali at any time. Requests are typically completed within 30 days.

Disconnect Facebook & Instagram

If your practice connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to Tepali:

1. Sign in at app.tepali.com.
2. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
3. On the Meta card, choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes Tepali’s access to your Page and Instagram account and stops further collection. To also delete previously imported data, email founders@tepali.com.

Delete your account

To delete your practice’s account and its data, email founders@tepali.com with the subject “Account deletion”. We will verify the request and delete the account’s data, except records we are required to retain by law.

Clients of a practice

If you interacted with a practice that uses Tepali — for example through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or message — ask that practice to delete your information. Your records belong to the practice, which may be required by law to keep some of them. You can also email founders@tepali.com with the practice name and the contact detail your information is under, and we will forward your request to the practice.
